Conroy Removals have provided an excellent service. We received regular updates regarding the status of our shipment and overall good communication. The two delivery drivers, William and Moses were very professional, friendly and helpful. All of our items arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks to you all.

Sophie has been very helpful with gathering all required documentation to facilitate clearing customs and quarantine inspection, and quick to answer any queries we had. Delivery was very punctual. Both the driver and companion were very careful with the goods, very efficient and capable. Many thanks.
Difficulty contacting the Auckland Branch initially. One customer service representative preferred for everything to be emailed however the email was not responded to and I never received a call back, took approx 5 days before I was able to speak to a customer representative who was extremely helpful in the end and diligent with the email.
I feel that at times it is easier to speak to someone and imagine others would also prefer this however most of the communication needed to be completed via email or online.
Glass french doors arrived - took a little longer than expected and the putty which was soft around the edges of the windows had finger marks and dips out of it which was disappointing.
Moving men were however very good at communication and called when they arrived with the doors - friendly and polite to deal with.

Conroy Removals handled my international move with great efficiency and care. Everything arrived safely, communication was great and the entire process was very straighforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
I highly recommend Conroy removals, I was most impressed with the high quality and professional manor in dealing with any of the staff members and there friendly can do attitude. I would definitly use their services in the future.

A job well done!!! Nathan & the admin team showed their proffesionalism in handling our shift from Waipukurau to Napier. The guys on the truck (sorry I can not remember their names - sorry lads) were nothing short of awesome! From the moment they arrived to load (on time) and introduced them selves to the time the last item was unloaded they made a daunting shifting day memorable. Apart from these guys being absolute experts in knowing what they were doing, their humour and happy banter was so infectious we had a good time - as I said these guys made a daunting shifting day memorable. Well done all at Conroys!!

Kept me informed on what was happening and when, very efficient
I was particularly impressed with your Christchurch packers Scott and Steve, who were outstandingly helpful, friendly and thorough. So too was Robin the driver, who went above and beyond to ensure certain items that had to be left from his full transporter on what was a somewhat complicated move of a lot of furniture, plants etc to 4 locations was satisfactorily achieved. Given the size of this job, I think it would have helped to have had more people involved at the start of the packing to reduce the 3.5 days it took to achieve, with the staff having to work very long hours to make up the obvious shortful in manpower. Robin and latterly Duncan of your Nelson branch were both helpful and proactive in ensuring items that could not be fitted on the original transport were subsequently delivered, with Cliff and Jamie of your Nelson office also very helpful and efficient. While Derek Purver was our intial contact, I would have expected him also to be in touch during and after the job was completed to provide ongoing customer liaison for what was a major move. As it was, Operations manager Mark had to be 'encouraged' to make additional arrangements for the uplift of extra items that could not fit on the main transporter. While alll in all it was a good move, I suggest some of Conroy's internal communication and adminstration procedures need to be looked at to ensure the excellent men on the frontline receive the full support their outstanding efforts certainly deserve.
