Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersHave just sent an email to Sue outlining out dis-satisfaction with your service. I had to call you guys at 910am to chase where the truck was. It was suppose to be at our place around 830am - no communication saying it was late. The dispatcher told me they had to off load some gear and shouldn't be far away. Well they didn't appear till just before 10am. Really disappointing. Then to make it worse they simply didn't apply the same urgency and work ethic we saw with another provider in January (taking 3 smoko breaks doesn't help!). Not impressed at all.

Second man late to unload truck on arrival.
Poor service. For the amount of money I paid.
Great team work with the removal and loading to storage.
Furntiture was delivered well within the time expected and handled well by courteous staff and efficient processes. Thank you.
Susan West handled all our queries with patience and efficiency. The team arrived on time and moved and unpacked our furniture efficiently. They cleaned up and made a stressful day very enjoyable.
I would like you to know how impressed we were with the three guys, they worked like trojans and only stooped for a short break once until all loaded. Everythi g was handled with care and respect. As an ex employee i know how much positive feed back gives you a sense of pride, so i as that management please pass on our thank personally to the guys.

Overall I was satisfied , with one area for improvement. Three of the boxes were damaged.
Outstanding service in every way. The team (Glen and Gracie) delivered 2 containers of household effects including heavy furniture to my new house. They took great pains to avoid any damage and were cheerful and friendly throughout. I have not yet had a chance to unpack but I am confident that my effects were well looked after in storage and handled with great care. Thank you. I have no suggestions for improvements to your service which was first class throughout.
We did have a problem in that the pick up team arrived without the correct gear to pack our belongings. However it was sorted quite promptly. The staff we dealt with were very accommodating and friendly. We have put our belongings into storage so we are unable to establish whether there is any damage
Very slow response in receiving the quote after my initial enquiry although it was the two short working weeks over Easter.
The GST invoice was to the uplift point and not the delivery point even though I had made all the enquiries and paid on invoice. A request for correct invoicing has not been answered by Stacey.
The delivery itself was very professional with polite and willing lads.
I think the communication could be improved - my packer had the wrong schedule, they didn’t communicate that they weren’t delivering the day I’d booked. However the staff had a great attitude and were helpful and the driver to New Plymouth was very helpful delivering excess boxes to my friends around the corner
