All interaction with Conroy, both this time and our previous move, were top quality. The moving team were amazing and so friendly and helpful. We are so grateful as they helped make our move easy and enjoyable.

I moved a lot of boxes from Edinburgh, Scotland to Napier, New Zealand with all 24 boxes arriving home safe and sound. Couldn’t have been happier!
Everyone from Daniel, Raymond and the guys who did the move were excellent. Pricing could have been a little more competitive but I couldn’t fault the customer service.
Absolutely first class, the packer who came to pick up was so efficient and helpful and the goods have been delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Very good service end to end. The guys who packed up our old home did damage a wall, I called Doug and told him what had happened, immediately no issues and said it would be covered. The painter who had recently done our house did it as a favour without charge but great to have had the offer.
We also had our settlement for our new place push out at short notice, we let you know and a new delivery promptly booked.
Some of the best service we have had for anything in quite a while.

Used Conroys to move from Wellington to Napier. Service was excellent. Packaging outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
My biggest gripe was that I was not given an expected delivery date. When I rung to ask when my belongings would be arriving I was told by your office it would be "tomorrow afternoon" which I could not do due to work and as I had not been given any notice by Conroys to ensure I was available. There was also no specific time given, just told some time in the afternoon. Which I can understand to a degree, however, it is a window of approximately 5-6 hours which is difficult to plan around. A window of 1-2 hours would and should have been more realistic.I was told by a few people that the administration team is pretty average to deal with and I must say I agree with them. Dismissive tone on the phone, getting details wrong (such as me having to say twice to correct addresses), and then not providing details such as an expected delievery date.I then find out my belongings were shifted around about six times between deopts which seems ridiculous and evidence of a pretty disorganised company. I'm thankful I only had a few items to be shifted rather than an entire house or I imagine more stuff would have gone missing. On that note, thank you for finding my missing item and returining it to me.The guys who collected and dropped off my belongings were good to deal with and I appreciated their help.However, overall, I would not use your services again particularly with such poor communication shown by your team.
