The two men turned on time were easy to communicate with and efficently used their time - a good experience during time of some stress!

We had a mixed experience overall. The team were all friendly and helpful, whilst clearly keen to get back to Auckland. Susan was wonderful in keeping us updated. It would have been great if our expectations were better managed regarding how the delivery would take place with our corresponding movers in S.A. It would also have been better if our items were taken to us more directly, as we are still waiting for one of our boxes to be delivered that seems to have misplaced in the process of all the unpacking and repacking of our items which we were originally told would be delivered directly to us. The operations side seems like it could have been smoother, and better managed although we did appreciate the communication, even though the plans were changed. Hopefully our missing box will still turn up soon. Thank you Conroy for all your kind efforts in aiming to make our move as stress free as possible.

Sophie has been exceptional is responding to all our requests. Her efficiency and professionalism made it easy to work with her.
