I was very upset at the haphazard way my contents were packed. There was no rhyme or reason to the way that sets were broken down and put into
different boxes. Sometimes it took days before I could get a set of something so I could give it a home. One box had a lot of broken china and glass.
Outstanding - happy go lucky attitude is much appreciated!
Ours was a difficult and easy move ,taking a 94 year old gent just next door from his home to a rest home. The boys were helpful and considerate of the circumstances,friendly and obliging making it an easy transition fir the old fella.No mucking around and a reasonable rate charged. Other moving companies were not interested as our move was only short. Well done Conroy.
Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend.
A few of our belongings were damaged and lost.
Both houses were damaged the house we moved from and house we moved too.
Guys are way to rough when moving things in and out of house.
Everyone at Conroys were really friendly and helpful. Nathan who came to survey and quote was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Tim who came to pack was lovely, he was so friendly and did a fantastic job of packing. All our belongings arrived in the UK in perfect condition.
Very efficient service with furniture delivered in good order with only two broken glasses which could be us as we packed our own furniture and a small scrape mark on a leather chair. The furniture was unloaded into the rooms it was required and this was really appreciated as I am past doing heavy lifting. The one bit of advice I would put forward is change the ID stickers you use as they are extremely hard to remove completely and leave a residue behind.
Conway's quotation process and staff engagement is first class.
However Conway management let the image diminish with the state of delivery truck...with back tray having a state that is poor and unsafe..
here was some items that was not delivered yesterday, as per the picking list signed by my wife, can you please confirm by send me a copy of said slip
Also there are 3 items so far that has been damaged:
1. Wood and concrete shelving
2. Book shelves
3. Mirror
Please advise on how this will be resolved
Please also note that the truck damaged a water meter and concrete infill on the neighbours side of the road. Please advise how you would like to proceed in this matter to get it fixed. Will you send out someone to assess the damage and get it fixed? Please see attached photo
We are very disappointed in the service of yesterday. They only arrived after 10am, then took their break at 11 am and only returned just before 1pm.
Which did not leave them with enough time to offload the items with care and remove all the packages that could have been removed. We will assess the total damage as we unpack the items.
They did not even have the basic tools to do the limited assembly of items.
We will advise as soon as all has been unpacked for pick up of the cartons and bubble/paper.
