Ours was a move between Islands and both houses elevated with awkward stairs. The removal teams were respectful and efficient. We had rain on the delivery day and it was hard work. The guys never complained and went the extra mile. The only concern I had was I had to follow up pick up and delivery times and delivery date the week of moving as I hadn't heard anything. Made it a bit stressful when I had to organize accommodation at the delivery end between pick.up and delivery. It all got sorted and we are happily in our new home. Thank you for a great service at a good price. Janice Feyen
Great service, thanks so much - everyone at the Nelson Branch was incredibly helpful and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. The Auckland delivery was quick and efficient, also with very friendly, helpful service. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The pick experience from our home was exceptional. The two men were pleasant and well organised.
my dealings through the time of storage have been pleasant as well.
The two young men who delivered the furniture did an ok job. The first thing out of the tuck was my very broken rimu dining table. They wanted me to know they hadn't done it. However when it left my home it was in perfect condition as I always kept a specially cut piece of glass over it. I can see marks on it where something heavy has been sitting on it. It has cracked, right across and the whole end has broken right off. In over 50 years of married life this was my first really nice table, so I'm sad and disappointed, because I had generally had a good experience with Conroys. It is irreparable as the wood is shredded. I will send a photo. My computer desk has a broken wheel. It is one of those where the wheel goes into the laminated board, and the board has been crushed. Also can't be repaired and is currently in use on a prop. I have paid plenty of money for keeping our possessions in storage which have generally been well cared for with one major exception, and a lesser one.

Garry, Hux and Brandon were so lovely and nothing was trouble for them. They moved us in so quickly whilest taking care of our gear. They were so polite and courteous, would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you for making it as stress free as possible.

Australian side- These guys were very professional.
NZ side. disaster once we found out i gear had to be fumigated because of one persons gear not being clean. All our stuff stinks like poison and we may as well throw away matresses and clothing as the smell is through everything.
Our Nz packers were hopeless. I paid to get all my stuff re made from how the Australian packers had pulled things apart. NZ guys lost bits then found them. We had arranged to have team onsite at 8am but was informed late on friday afternoon that this had to change until 1pm. they arrived at 2.00pm..
