Everything went so smoothly. From the fantastic people I worked with to the actual packing up and delivery and also the very reasonable price. I was completely blown away - thank you!
We had numerous breakages and damaged items, including of items that were precious to us. This has been very upsetting. The guys in Napier that unpacked the truck were great - really impressed with them. We were messed around with the quote - not clear that insurance wasnt included, and we ended up paying way more than we expected. The communication between Sydney and Napier didnt work. We had specifically arranged for items that we knew we would need to access in storeage be packed separately and be accessible. This clearly wasnt passed into Napier and we had lots of hassles getting key items out. All-round - no - absolutely wouldnt recommend.
Great service from start to finish. Admin staff were patient and quick to respond to changes we made. Movers were excellent with helping us to pack better and talking us through what would be loaded when. Delivery was exactly on schedule and the team were fantastic with popping everything where we asked. Quick and efficient and the only thing damaged was the tiny top of one plant!
Great move. Kept us informed all the way. Staff were brilliant, but special mention the Nelson team, their driver backed all the way up our 600m windy steep access road. Would recommend their service. Thanks Derek for organising the move.
All moving staff were super helpful and worked really hard particually to get the truck unloaded late on the Friday. It was hugely appreciated.
