My daughter in law did her sums and reckoned we were being taken advantage of. A final price of half this amount was finally agreed upon. Your men on the truck were good. I would recommend them but not your sales rep.

Overall experience was good
The staff were on time and very obliging and done an excelent job
Cory and Paul did an excellent job in every respect - both were a credit to Conroys
No advance notification of when stuff would be delivered, truck just turned up unexpectedly, almost missed them...
We had used Conroys before and were very pleased with the service so had no hesitation in using them on this occasion. All points of contact - phone, email, on site assessment, packing and transportation - were handled very professionally but with a personal touch. The packers were extremely hard working and sympathetic to the fact that they were dealing with our lifetime's possessions and we were grateful for that. We also felt that, considering the amount of work involved, it was good value for money so thanks Conroys for making the move as easy as it could be.
This is the second shift in the year using Conroys. Same load , a tenth of the distance, and the guys ( who did a great job in Sweltering conditions) finished earlier than expected. Last time took all day plus a couple of hours , this time gone by 3 pm. Great job . My comments re administration is the Head office seems to not know what the branch is saying . And I got to many conflicting emails from HO. Cheers Phillip
