More attention in taking care not to damage wooden furniture. Lounge suite was only 2 months old, had wooden trim. Arrived scratched and one arm had a gouge in it. Handle broken on sewing cabinet.

Excellent experience overall. If I could make one comment that would be when the furniture is loaded into a container which is sealed and then delivered to destination then is it necessary to place a label on all of the items and write a manifest. My only comment is that this probably took about 1.5 hours on the day before any furniture was loaded to the truck. Thanks Phill
One piece of furniture was damaged with a few dents but is now getting quite old so not bothering to make a claim.
This service was amazing. Right from doing the quote til when the movers left. The service provided was above excellent. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend you to others

Dealing with staff at Conroys thus far has been positive, with co-ordinating the move and delivery easy. the main issue i have had was with the packing. I arranged for a special crate for an antique clock. the packers did not bring this and packed the clock in a normal box. on phoning the office, this was replaced once the clock reached Melbourne depot. Devliver and unpacking revealed other issues however with a number of pieces damaged as a result of careless and poor packing. While all boxes /items on the inventory were ticked off, there were a number of items and boxes (approx 6) that did not have sticker / inventory numbers but were clearly mine as had my name on them. One box is missing - and obviously did not have a number. this was only picked up as on finishing unpacking all boxes i identified that only 1 third of my dinner set had arrived. i then identified several other kitchen items and a piece of art was missing. A claim has been lodged.
