I was told that I would get notified within1-2 days what day my items would be delivered, however I had to wait 7 days to find out and then a further 3 days for delivery.

Just feedback regarding organising a time for delivery.  I received the call on the day with a timing - which was not going to be till the afternoon.  

Previous note from admin advised call would be made 48 hours prior to confirm a drop off time - approximates would be fine as well.  Just saves the client waiting the whole day and/or organise things at work.
