Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersAll staff that I had communications with from the survey consultant, administration staff to the drivers, were professional, courteous and helpful in every respect. There was only one small hiccup when the legs of one of the beds got left on the truck but these were delivered the next day so it was not a major issue.
Expensive
In particular Gary who packed was wonderful as were the others. Proactively helpful.
The guys who picked up, were fun and got stuck into it.
The guys at other end, only 2 did really well, the truck had to stay down the bottom of driveway, (the truck couldn't make it up due to it bottoming out) so we used our ute to haul stuff up too house and the 2 guys did really well.
Office staff needs to inform ground staff about conditions of property access, when told by customers.
Excellent service from Darren, Jared and Taylor! They were so helpful, obliging and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!
