Matthew and his team were fantastic. Well organised, thoughtful and considerate. I appreciated the great communication, especially when I needed to change a few things (I didn't plan for the team to transport my tv as it wasn't boxed but Matthew described the method they would use and I was satisfied with that). Everything was delivered without damage (including the vulnerable furniture and a delicate plant!)
Matthew and his team placed all furniture as directed by my representative and made sure they confirmed with me I was satisfied before they left.

Brilliant experience with moving. Conroys really stepped up to the plate. I was not able to do anything to help, and the team took over. Friends who helped out are still raving about the Conroy performance.
And unpacking was so easy. I found everything...all labeled.

Household items left Omokoroa in a container and arrived in a normal removal truck to the Havelock North destination. The condition of our goods reflected the double handling ( NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE STATE OF MY GOODS ) Boxes were crushed and boxes marked this way up were upside down.Our very EXPENSIVE AND UNREPLACEABLE headboard has the finnish on the top left corner worn through to bear wood due to being removed from the container the goods were in and transfered to a normal removal truck .
