I used Conroy as the feedback on the company I have had has always been high.
I liked the attitude of the three men who turned up and the way they approach their job.
I highly recommend Conroys - from the administration staff aiding the process, to the guys who carefully packed all of our items, delivered them and set up key items. We were very impressed with the packing guys, they had great communication, asked the right questions, and worked very hard to get our gear on, then off the truck, while being cheerful and helpful. Please pass on our thanks to the specific guys, Conroy removals is lucky to have such valuable staff.
We have packed and moved with you many times. this would be our worst experience. I would use you again, but only because I know what service you are capable of giving. the lady who did our quote was very professional and prompt, no complaints at all. the packing guys were not very good, and I do have concerns about my valuables, but wont know the outcome of that till we unpack from storage. they forgot stuff, and just didnt seem very professional, although they were couteous at all times. On moving day, an very noisy arguement arose, in which I felt I had to say something as we had guests staying in the motel with children, and it was loud and un-neccessary.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Conroys, communication was great, and the guys who unloaded our container this end were polite and handled our goods with the utmost of care. We will be using Conroys again in the near future, and if all our experiences are of this quality we will be very happy customers.

I had a ver bad experiance with your services as follows:
1. packing team didnt finish the work (Aucland)
2. Lifting team arrived very late (Auckland)
3. Delivery team arrived very late (Wellington)
4. Delivery team not paying attention and they are not careful with handeling.
5. Delivery team destroied my sister dresser (almost brand new) because of thier carelessness.
6. The delivery team start shouting on us because we told them the dresser broken because of them.
7. when Campbell from Wellington office has been informed with the accedant, he called me and keep lying.
8. they didnt finish the work in the same day and suppose to back in the follwing day but they didnt back.
9. I called Campbell to send me people to complete the work but he didnt send anyone.
10. I called Nick (Auckland) and at that time Wellington office managed to send me people to finish the outstanding work (almost end of the next day).
After all this I didnt hear anything from Conroy at all
Unfortunately, we used this company to transport a piece of furniture from North Island to South Island - and it was damaged in transit. The company agreed their insurance would cover some of the repair costs - but there was still an excess for us to pay (not our fault it was damaged). Upon uplift from our property to the repair shop the removalists still managed to bash the item getting it into the "truck" (a container on a flat deck truck). Still waiting to get the furniture back from repair - and hopefully Conroys can get it back to us without further damage.
After we signed up with the salesman, our whole experience with Conroy was HORRIBLE. From having to chase the invoice the day prior to the move to make full pre-payment as per their T&C's, movers asking to use our deodorant on uplift day, follow up emails asking where our items are after a total of 7 weeks since uplift day and the last email saying they will be in touch, Conroy losing 2 of our 12 items and getting the truck drivers to be the ones to tell us (where was the update & apology call from the move manager?), being told that we have to follow up the lost items one week after the delivery of our 10 other items, following up the lost 2 items to be told they have found them but they are waiting for a truck with another job to be in our area to drop off and finally to top it off, our fridge arrived with a missing leg and now wobbles around the place. We are so disapointed by Conroy and would steer anyone away from using their services.
First time used a removal company so was appreciative of the help given and how easy it was to organise. Everyone I dealt with were pleasant, helpful and professional. Definitely would use and recommend others to use your company. Well done ... thank you.
