Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersMite recomend . Some gear poorly shipped, boxs broken and believe me they were substantial heavy duty plastic boxes. Fridge dented again . tables marked , bed furniture marked further. Over all good value for money , needs to be better at communicating when the gear is picked up and delivered . I had to chase this both ends. Thnaks, Pete
I have suffered some minor damage, partly due to poor packing and also rough handling when unwrapping. One item in particular will need to go to an antique restorer for repair.
I called James the operations manager to let him know that I had found more items damaged and to advise I had boxes to collect. He has not returned my call
I think your people need to be better trained in the handling of fine furniture, be it antique or modern. At both ends the guys were friendly, polite and hard working though I think the delivery team were in a rush to get away an I think most damage was caused during the unwrapping.
From an admin perspective I thought you were brilliant and that made things much easier for me.
Great except possibly a bit more communication around drop off dates.
This was the second time I have used Conroy for moving my belongings and organising the removal was pretty easy.
First time delivery was a good experience, just one broken swing seat. This trip there were a many damaged or squashed boxes and a few broken items. Pick up was an hour late and delivery was a day late, communication for pick up and delievery was slack.
I would have loved to thank the guys that picked up the items in terrible weather. I had a block of chocolate out for them but they left without saying goodbye or removing the strap they used to hold the door back. Both pick up and delivery staff were friendly.
A stress free experience with Conroy's communicating at all times regarding the movement of our goods. The paperwork was easy to complete and the staff were quick to help with any queries we had. Overall we feel we had a good experience with the company and would not hesitate to use them again
Despite the Moving Driver in charge being good to deal with, there were several items damaged from careless moving/packing of furniture, which was avoidable. What was most disappointing though was the way it was handled by the customer service and management staff after raising the issue.
I would not feel confident using or recommending Conroy.
Really good - guys very efficient and friendly. Only thing was could have done with 2 people to pack - too much for 1 person.
Very happy to use you again and would use you again but not too soon I hope
