Pretty Seamless the whole way through, our container was held up from singapore as they forget to offload it or something to that effect. Cannot fault Susan West or the team at Wellington branch as well as the guys that offloaded the goods at my home were very helpful.
Moving internationally is no small feat but from start to finished Conroys were amazing & took the stress out of everything! As usual I had left things until the last minute, but Conroys we're out the next day to give a quote & we were all packed up and on the ship within 3wks. Our container arrived at our storage unit 4wks later, all unloaded & stored neatly.
Thank you for a stress free experience and the friendly & helpful staff. I would highly recommend Conroys.

Conroy removals is a professional mover. They handled the delivery end of our international move including customs and pickup from the port. We are happy with their service and the way they handled our goods. We would certainly work with them again in the future.
We have completed the YES / No questions with No just because we are not sure .... having now unpacked about half of our cartons of carefully packed items, we are very disappointed to find numerous items broken and some of these significantly so eg a George Forman toasted sandwich maker broken in half. The guys loading and unloading were great to deal with but sadly it seems they were not as careful as we had thought them to be.

Thank you Conroys. This is the third time you have moved me and each the service has been fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was great and I would especially like to thank the two guys who moved my stuff in last Wednesday. They were absolutely wonderful !
I wanted to let you know my daughters mattress was teared at the top and the foam is showing. Is this something covered by the insurence policy I paid for? It was by the handle.
The moving people were great, I would have one suggestion got the wellington team to ask permission beofre smoking on the front deck around childre.
The team in Riwaka were thoughtful and asked before they did.
Otherwise I think the crowd are great and would reccommend them again and use them for our next move! Thank you so much
Coudl you please advise what will be done about the mattress please?
