The staff in Whanganui were haphazard with how our furniture was loaded onto the truck

Customer service in new Zealand very helpful. However handle and delivery in Australia was not what we expected.  A few boxes got damaged and were open with the potential lose of my stuff

The only thing I didn't like was when my stuff showed up at my house when I was on my way to work, no time was arranged for a drop off.

Fantastic guys who picked up and dropped off our furniture. They were all friendly and introduced themselves before starting their day and this was very refreshing in today's society. So a big shout out to the teams.The office organisation was also awesome with great communication so we always knew what was happening.
