Many items broken because they were poorly packed. No response when querying insurance claim progress. Initially advised I could request a Saturday for delivery, 2 weeks after booking delivery advised Saturday was not possible. When attempting to lodge my insurance claim, the website crashed half way through. The team who delivered were professional and did a good job. 

We weren't impressed with the service given by Conroy removals. The sales person was a little brusque although sounded like she knew what she was doing. We only choose to use them because their quote was so much cheaper, and we thought it wouldn't make that much difference. However, although the packers were really friendly,they took what was in our opinion excessive breaks, instead of packing a number of boxes properly they just stuck boxes that had been used to hold items in another box, and instead of talking to us about the fact that there was too much stuff in our garage for them to work in there too see if we could come up with a workable solution, they just told us they come back the next day and do it all then. We were happy with the service we received at delivery. When you are paying up to $800 for packing we expected a bit more attention to detail with the packing.
