The only issue I had was the form. I didn't find it user friendly at all. my feedback has nothing to do with people because they were fantastic.

Joanna was very efficient and helpful, the booking process very smooth and easy. The guys that moved us did a fantastic job and were polite, courteous and got on and did the job well despite working in tricky circumstances. The only thing that would have been helpful is working in together further in advance the move time. In our particular situation moving to an apartment we had to book in locking down a lift so we didn't cause disruption to other residents and to make move in a quicker smoother process. When we didn't get the time that suited the person we spoke to at Conroys and we were told very abruptly "that is absolutely not going to happen we are moving you at 10/10:30am" which I thought was rather rude and if there was such a tight time frame this should have been worked out further in advance with us rather than the night before as we could have booked the lift at a time that suited the company if we had known sooner.

Everyone at Conroys we had dealings with were fab from the outset and throughout our move day. It was mega hot weather & we had stairs & heaps of heavy stuff. The boys were awesome! Much respect for their work ethic, strength & discipline. They were all friendly & cheerful too. All our HEAPS of gear got from A to B in a smooth, efficient transistion. Cheers! 
Had a great time with your team, lead by Tim. We had a very stressful move-in with delayed key availability but the guys waited patiently for several hours so that we could get a large part of our delivery done on the day with the remainder delivered at a civilised hour the next day.
Little dissapointed that there some minor scrapes on several furniture items, caused by the trolley. I would have prefered the guys to have carried out the furniture rather than use the trolley.
Overall couldnt fault the service, cameraderie, cheerfulness of the boys and of the ladies in the office. They all worked really hard for us over an incredibly hot couple of days.
Please pass on my thanks to all those involved especially for the horrible, stressful delay we experienced and for waiting so patiently on the road side!
I would definitely use Conroys again. I might be more of a nagg next time and insist on the carrying thing though!!
Third time and still very good. Your men are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
