I have used Conroys previously which influenced my decision to use them this time. All good but communication could be improved.
The service was excellent with your foreman being particularly helpful - 5 stars for him! Nothing was broken or damaged.
Our only complaint is that the truck driver (who I was following in my car) stopped & left the truck unattended for 5 minutes or so. The guys in the van did come back to look for him, but was not impressed that he behaved like this.
Excellent communication and customer service throughout. Really happy with everything from start to finish. Thanks guys!
Once my shipment was handed over to the NZ team I continued to receive excellent communication and service. My items and vehicle arrived in great condition and collection was simple. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to use Conroy removals in the future.
We always use Conroys. The two guys who did our move were amazing, so polite, careful with our belongings, quick. Those 2 guys deserve recognition for the work they do, we were really impressed.
Just very please with expertise, care and helpful attitude by all staff both in New Zealand and Australia. It was a very easy experience with the help of Conroy's.
There was a very good and prompt communication with your customer service (Sophie Richards) but unfortunately our advises and pictures we sent (steep and narrow driveway which requires a small truck) haven´t been passed to your workmen, who delivered our container. It was a pity for them, because they had to unload the first part in walking up this steep driveway and a pity for us, because the rest of the container had to be reloaded on the road into a smaller truck. This additional reloading was not neccessary. You should improve your internal communication.
Very happy with service from Conroy, completed the move very efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Was happy with the service provided, everything went smoothly considering lockdown restrictions. 
I'm not sure if Id use you again, I'd get more quotes. I was disappointed with your proposed charge of over $700.00 to pick up a table from Tirau as the truck went through.. and I still am working on removing stickers off furniture!
The end could have been better, they left cardboard boxes that they bought with them, they left them on the moved property and the new property. They were great in the initial move.
Conroy guys at both ends of the removal process were awesome. Paul and Tim at Napier made the move funny and entertaining. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the Auckland team but my daughter said that they were equally as efficient.They were all extremely helpful to my self and my daughter who needed reassurance with the protection of my possesions. I definately will reccomend Conroys to people. Well done and thank you.
