No advance notification of when stuff would be delivered, truck just turned up unexpectedly, almost missed them...

We had used Conroys before and were very pleased with the service so had no hesitation in using them on this occasion. All points of contact - phone, email, on site assessment, packing and transportation - were handled very professionally but with a personal touch. The packers were extremely hard working and sympathetic to the fact that they were dealing with our lifetime's possessions and we were grateful for that. We also felt that, considering the amount of work involved, it was good value for money so thanks Conroys for making the move as easy as it could be.

We had a great experience with this Conroy Napier. The entire move was quick and stress free despite our lack of preparation. The guys were punctual, professional and polite. The removal van had ample space to be filled and easily catered to our needs. I would definitely recommend this Conroy for anyone looking for a professional and hassle free move.

Overall, easy to work with and helpful from an early stage throughout our international move. Would have been nice to work with Conroy's before our house was packed up so that we could have packed in a way that made it easier for Conroy's to handle the quarantine and inspection phase. That part had a bit slow communication in regards to what information was needed to locate specific items. Was happy with the service.

Your customer service was outstanding, the best removal shifting company I've ever worked with.

The company before you were awful! LINKS ASIA RELO - I would distance yourself from them. They were terrible from pick up to communication to hand over to you in NZ.

Our house is rather large and although the Coroy Packers commenced a day late accoprding to our original quote they were brilliant and the house was emptied on time.
