Thank you all so much for the awesome service you provided for my family with the shipping of the late Henare Akurangi's possessions back from Japan xxx  Henare's old lounge suit which was suppose to be disposed of but was included in the shippment.   We thought we had left proper instructions to not include the old lounge suit but there must have been a hic up on the other end with the guys in Japan.  However, we are grateful for everything and the safe arrival of Henare's possessions xxx

One man to deliver very heavy items. No communication ahead of time despite requests for an ETA weeks prior to delivery   One hour notification

Everyone who was involved with our move did an excellent job. Very professional, helpful and efficient, they were a pleasure to have in the house when we were under pressure with selling a business and moving provences!!

The packers and removal guys were all nice and friendly.  Have found two damaged items so far due to bad packaging. Not finished unpacking and hope no more. We liked how the removal pair, Steve and Toby, helped us to position our goods and furniture . Nothing we asked for was a problem to them.

I have used Conroys in the past and have alsways been impressed with their professional service. They take the bulk of the work and worry away from what can be a stressful enterprise. The follow up in terms of positioning and the assembling the furniture was done in consultation and meant that I had somewhere to sleep that first night. I would thoroghly recommend Conroys to anyone that was moving house.
