Absolutely amazing service. Our second time using your company and would deffinatly use your company again if we needed to move. Fantastic service and great price. Great friendly staff over the phone. Gordon and the 2 men that were with him friday/saturday were very efficient, extremely friendly and all around great people. More than 5 star service. Thankyou again for another awesome stress free shift with your company.
Conroy Removals made everything straightforward for me, and the goods were shifted with good humour. Nothing was a bother and I enjoyed the experience.
Communication could use a little tweak.
Needing to phone up the day before the move, to get an arrival time leaves little room to make arrangements if necessary.
Add to your website or questionnaire, is the move from or to a storage facility. Typically, out of a facility is going to be fairly rapid. In those cases, someone is going to be waiting (as I was for 2 hours waiting on the truck to arrive)
If transport is running late, courtesy text. Start time for my job was 8-8.30. I got to site at 7.30. At 9.15 I ring to see if the truck is coming. Truck arrives 9.30. not ideal.
However, you redeemed yourselves.
The 3 guys you sent to do the job, were bloody brilliant and as your principle undertaking is moving items, you scored 10 out of 10. They were really good value and they certainly took care of the items they moved. Would definitely recommend!

As we could not fly to Australia because of Covid 19 we were very impressed with your service of packing up the household goods for us in Tewantin, Queensland and transporting them to Brisbane for shipping to New Zealand. Every person we dealt with by email or phone, was very friendly and helpful both in Australia and New Zealand. A+++++++
Okay communication, nice people to wrk with on moving day. Might suggest giving people a case maanager or something since i didnt know who to contact for what question And many emails were forwarded etc.
The pics sent about our driveway didnt reach the driver. Office didnt put them through he said.
but thats tiny for us, overall a very good experience.
The guys were amazing and worked fast and hard with alot of heavy items to lift. We would certainly go with you again. Thanks
