Apart from having a minor hiccup of delivery date, all sorted by Peter Seymour for delivery next day.i found the service was excellent, Lionel who delivered my load from Auck to Turangi was exceptional as was the staff that loaded the truck on Fri all 6-8 of them quick, careful and efficient. Thank you all guys and Rebecca for making it happen at such short notice.
Due to the pandemic we are in Australia unable to return to Auckland. We had to place absolute trust in people we had not met face to face to pack up our personal belongings to deliver them to our home in Australia.
Your prepack team communicated by phone to clarify any questions they had, the ladies were wonderful. All our things have arrived safely and securely packed. Even with the unpredictable nature of the international restrictions everything (excluding Box no. 1) has arrived in the minimum time of 4 weeks.
The delivery team here in Australia were delightful helpful young men.
We were advised that the Sydney office would contact us regarding the missing box, however we have not heard from them and despite leaving two messages have still not had a response. We will continue to follow up

Excellent service. They guys who loaded my goods in Papamoa Beach were lovely. Also very helpful and efficient. The guys who unloaded in Christchurch were just as helpful and efficient. The staff I dealt with on the phone were polite and helpful. I give Conroys a ten out of ten.
