Very polite, worked awesomely as a team, fun attitude and got the job done without a single scratch or ding. I'd recommend Conroy to anyone but I'd tell them to request Cameron, Luke and Pablo if possible.
Look after those guys for how hard they work and being such a good representative face of the company.

Initial sales experience was very good. But collection and tracking of goods was terrible. Unable to get any updates from Akl dispatch, phones never answered, call backs didnt happen. Took over 2 weeks for the doors to be collected, and probably only because I kept calling. Once they reached Chch it was all good again - good communuication, helpful, delivered as promised. But the massive delay has affected the project these were for and not happy.

Amazing team, extremely enthusiastic and efficient . Very thorough and careful with all fragile things. Highly recommend.
The guys were really good but two was not enough to do the job they were exhauseted at the end of the two days and there was alot of damage to our furniture and items as a result.
Your telephone setup is frustrating. It would be good to have a direct cellphone number for the local person who becomes the first point of contact
Quick, easy and cost effective
Have been provided excellent service, from initial enquiry and quotaton to having my goods put into my storage unit in NZ. Communicaiton was very good through the entire process and the team made the move seamless and easy! And my items arrived earlier than first thought as well!
Really liked them over the phone prompt to get things underway. Priced very competitivly. Unfortunately, with my transported item the bbq that I had delivered. Little care was taken manoeuvring it and 3 out the legs were damaged which was disheartening. Other than that they were great.
Had heard (Blenheim grapevine) that Conroys were good..... and they were. Brought our fragile double glazed skylights across the strait without any problems . Jemima in office was great to deal with as were the delivery guys. Thanks team Conroy.
Co.municatio was poor with mixed messages. I used this company three years ago with no problems. However this time I was ringing to see when the delivery would due to mixed messages. When my furniture arrived the dining room table wouldn't fit and was left outside. I was lucky to have friends to help me get the table inside.
Unfortunately the big truck turned up after I had requested the smaller truck (I requested a small truck because of the tight driveway and small house lot) The big truck could not fit all the way down the ROW or down the driveway which meant we had to block the ROW and lug everything down the to the truck. Me and my elderly parents moved alot of the house, so we didnt hold up the ROW for too long, which was what i was trying to avoid by hiring movers. We didn’t even half fill the big truck, so it was an overkill and added extra work and time into the move that could of been avoided.
The guys were great, polite and helpful - their service was faultless and they did the best they could with the situation the were put in.
I also had to phone at 1pm to check that they were coming / on their way as i hadnt had any confirmation of them leaving depot.
