You were flexible with changing items to be moved, provided excellent communication through out from both the office and from your driver-movers. All movers I dealt with were on time, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. They really helped reduce the stress of moving. Only one thing broke and that was very minor. Your service was far and above my expectations and I will happily recommend you to anyone who is moving. Many thanks for a brilliant service. - Joy
Awesome experience from start to finish. Made it very easy every step of the way. Good price, good communication, and good customer service. My goods arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Very happy with the service I received from Conroys and would highly recommend.
I found Rebecca the first I dealt with in the phone excellent to deal with
However when it came time to actual delivery it was difficult to get hold of Peter who I was referreed to
Also Peter gave me a time of pick up & 1.30pm and did not inform me that the truck was going to be over an hour and half late. This was a huge inconvenience to my parents who were waiting
On delivery I had to call 3 time to get a time - there was no answer machine to leave a message . The sales consultant Rebecca had to walk to the delivery department so that I could get an estimated time of delivery
The estimated time of delivery did not come until 5pm the day before and I had to arrange work
The Delivery lad were nice lads
So I commend the Sales Consultant Rebecca and the delivery boys - but communication was extremely poor from Peter
Overall the service was good but the movers were a bit casual and not too careful with certain items. They also turned up an hour later than booked. They did call to say they were running late but with no explanation.
You guys were super easy to deal with, great service. We haven't made it to Australia ourselves yet but looking forward to getting to our stuff soon.

My feedback is based on the experience I had with the Brisbane branch. Nothing but a hassle, rude and everything I requested seemed like the job was to hard to get done. Once my belongings arrived in New Zealand and my file was transferred to the Auckland branch the communication was so much easier. Excellent to deal with and happily changed my delivery address at the last minute. Everything arrived safely nothing was broken so the packing team and delivery team was amazing! (Except I am missing my king mattress to my main bed, but I am still dealing with that now) It's sad because the only let down was their Administration department.
The guys were very pleasant from the minute they arrived to when they left. Nothing was too much trouble. They were careful and strong. They did their best protecting my furniture in the rain. Took a lot of stress out of the move. Thank you
