Our moving was successful however one of our tall boys had a leg smashed. 

Hi Conroy team,

we had previously used Conroy to move Briabane to Christchurch in April 2017. And the service was fantastic, I highly recommended you to everyone I spoke to.

however this time we found the service not up to what we had received last time. All our plates and cups were broken which I understand is a risk with sea freight but having 3 corners broken on the tv cabinet was quiet disappointing. I'm not sure if it wasn't wrapped properly or there was just no care taken with our items this time.  

I'll certainly be thinking twice in the future should we need to relocate.

on a positive note the service I received was very good and although it took a little longer than we were expecting we were kept informed all the way throughout the journey. 

The delivery guys were friendly enough, but not great. They basically did what they needed to, but not much more. And were not forthcoming at all with offering / being available to help additionally where required to make the process that much easier for us, the client. This was very frustrating. Especially seeing as the truck wouldn't start and they were forced to wait around for a mechanic to jump start the truck - so they had plenty of time to offer their help, but decided not to. 

All staff that I had communications with from the survey consultant, administration staff to the drivers, were professional, courteous and helpful in every respect. There was only one small hiccup when the legs of one of the beds got left on the truck but these were delivered the next day so it was not a major issue.
