Quintin, Johnny and Luke were exceptional. All three of them were polite and friendly; they worked incredibly well together and all of them helped each other to move the gear. They were extremely efficient.
I will be in touch when I move my things out of my friends' place into my house (when it is completed) to see if I can use your firm again.

We really enjoyed the movers' attitude, humbleness and humour. And the 2 calls to pick up the empty boxes and used papers is much appreciated!
We found it bit stressful to be moving over 3 days (1.5 days packing and 1.5 days moving). This could be easily done in 2 days - as discussed during the sales pitch. The fact that the backoffice people weren't informed of this or were instructed to push it forward over an extra day, brought extra unneccessary stress. This wasn't appreciated.
The number of paper used isn't totally warrented (why would you put plastic picnic cups in plastic?). Every single item that went in a box was in paper; there was no space saving happening.
We are very sorry to hear that you had to let some staff go. Would defintely use a mover again but will be firmer re timings.

The move to our new home in Hastings went very well indeed. There was small damage to one of the tables, but only minor scratch & a couple of dents. Otherwise all O.K.
The 3 guys involved all seem to work very well together, and all got the job done quickly - first class job.

The mover arrived 50 minutes late. At approximately 35 minutes late I phoned the contact who had called me to arrange the move time, as I had not received any courtsey call to advise they were running late. I didn't receieve any apology, I was only told yes that is the time we booked and he is 5 minutes away. One mover.packer arrived which of course made the process take a little longer, ideally two packer/movers would have been better, especially given how late they arrived.There was only a short turn around time for me to arrange this move, the quote was received Friday afternoon, move scheduled for the next Tuesday, and therefore trying to arrange full payment of the invoice in advance was difficult for a large organisation like ours with strict accounts payable processes and approvals, however we were able to make it happen.
Overall it was a little disappointing and ended up being a bit of a stressful process as I wasnt sure that our accounts team were able to work ouside of our approved processes to enable payment to be processed so quickly, leaving me thinking Conroy might cancel on us on the day the move was scheduled to take place.

Although at the end of the day it didn't make much difference, I was surprised to learn that Katerina only worked Monday to Friday and I wanted to make contact with someone during the weekend. I was under time pressure, and wanted matters sorted quickly. Being a company that needs to respond to enquiries I was surprised there was no-one available to give us service over a weekend. This would be my only criticism and in saying this fully respect Katerina's hours suit her but may be not customer needs. I thought we should have been referred to someone else to provide the information and service I was looking for at the time. We has the goods in storage for now, and will be able to give a more complete response after delivery has been made.
