We just felt the communication re our small delivery thru to Taupo was lacking. ie. delivery deferred and no clear communication as to when items would be delivered........ took us to follow up several times.

Very friendly and professional packers and movers. All 4 guys were very efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. Thankyou Darryn, Huks, Lachlan and the second packer (sorry I forget his name).
I had a great moving experience - thanks Conroys. From Scott who visited my previous address and priced my move to Nev and Kris who did the physcial hard work at the pick up and also the delivery address. Nothing broken or lost.
The actual over all move was great and stress free.Dealing with the actual company, in regards to getting the boxes delivered wasn't so pleasant. I understand the moving world is busy right now but communicate with me aka the person who trusted you guys and paid a lot of money, what is happening. A simply email explaing to me first, before I had to play chase up, would have been nicer .And not being told, they won't take empty gas bottles or empty fuel canastors etc, I do understand why not but i would have prefered to have been told prior to the move and i would have had them put aside
The guys were really nice and friendly but I had not expected it to take so long and that was with me helping whole time too. It took 2.5 hours and 2 men last time I moved and only extra things this time was bikes, umbrella and garden pots
Thanks, you fitted me in at short notice and the driver was very accommodating when I could not be there to help him load. I would always recommend Conroy because you are straightforward in business to deal with, drivers are friendly and helpful and understanding.
The company stated that the truck driver would call on the Monday to arrange times, he called on the Wednesday about two hours before he was due. He argued that I needed to be in Tauranga at the new property early Thursday however the office lady said he may have other deliveries and may deliver my belongings on th Thursday afternoon. As he did not confirm this himself until late Wednesday, he was not happy that I would only arrive at the new property late Thursday morning. He asked me to call the office to discuss further however I stood my ground and told him his communication was the problem.
He also tied the loungesuite so tight that there are marks on the couch about an inch thick alonfg the edges, I will try to wash these out, but something to be mindful when transporting light coloured furniture.
