Overall I am pleased with the service provided.  We got off to a rocky start but then Conroys really redeemed themselves during the difficult Covid period.  They could be better with communication over when staff will arrive on-site and how long they will be on-site.  However, the staff were very polite and worked hard to get the job done once onsite.  Once lockdown was lifted, Conroys managed to get us moved into our new house at short notice which was brilliant.  We really appreciated that as they were working under difficult conditions.  Everything came out of storage and delivered in great condition.

The two men who delivered our windows were exceptional in their courtesy, professionalism and ability.  They were so so pleasant, we had some tanks delivered a few hours before that were dumped off with hardly a word and definitely no assistance your staff were so good, I cannot speak highly enough of them both 

Conroy's stepped into the breach caused by a rogue removalist in Sydney, Australia.  Within two days I had an inventory, immediately followed by a quote for the costs door to door.  This was due to Colin, their Sales Manager, working over a weekend to help me out.  By the end of that week my possessions had been retrieved from three locations and taken to be readied for shipping.  Fabulous service.

Prior to my possessions arriving in Lyttleton, I was advised Customs had cleared the shipment and a Quarantine inspection was required.  Due to a misunderstanding, followed by several conversations I was able to be present at the inspection.  The Covid-19 lockdown slowed progress but finally I received advice that delivery could be undertaken.  The delivery crew were a great bunch of guys, and unloaded the container in very short time.  They were  most helpful and unwrapped the large, heavy items for me.  There was some confusion initially as my boxes had been numbered sequentially as I packed them.  The Conroy Removalist crew in Sydney placed their Inventory sticker number on each box and these numberes were differnt to mine.  One of the delivery crew  in Nelson was calling my inventory number instead of the Conroy Inventory number as each box was taken from the container.  As a result, a number of boxes were delivered to the wrong room.

Overall, an outstanding job done by an outstanding company.  Everything went like clockwork, customer service and communications great, items packed by Conroy's were well packed with no damage, scratches, chips.  I highly recommend Conroy Removalists if you are planning a move -  if it's local or overseas you will be hard pressed to find a better removalist.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently placing items as required. Well handled.
