Everything about your company is professional and you look to solve customers problems. I moved my parents into Brittany House and called to see if they could come 1 hour later due to my dad having some issues with his dementia.
An already exhaustive process became alot easier because your people helped ease that pain.
I will tell everyone to use you. In fact at a dinner last night I raved about your company and your staff.

great shift thanks.Guys were very helpful.
There were many duplicate numbers and much of the stuff wasn't numbered or listed in the inventory at all. I'm not sure if things went missing or not because they weren't on the inventory. I would have expected the movers to put their own number stickers on or something.
As well, the printing on the packages was illegible.
That being said, the items that were wrapped were wrapped very nicely. Except for the 3 damaged bookshelves.
The removers also left a few obvious item behind without contacting me. I'm just glad they were delayed leaving and I did a walk through. They knew I was at the neighbour's and didn't even call.
I didn't receive a copy of the inventory until my items arrived which made it extremely difficult when I had to clear customs.
Finally, I feel I was made to overpay for insurance. The minimum insurance valuation was way higher than my items.
The two guys who did my removal were very nice and friendly.once they arrived apart from showing them around they didn't stop til they finished
We found your systems were very efficient when it came to charging and invoicing. However around the time of delivery the oppositie was true and we had people waiting around at home on days we were told the gear would come but it did not. When the gear came the truck could not get close to our house. No suprise. A neighbour with his small truck saved the day. To be honest the patchy communication when a family is juggling work and expecting a delivery is below the standard of what we expected. We paid a good price for a complete service and some areas were patchy. The driver on delivery was very good to work with.
