We had a slight mishap while unplumbing the washing machine, but they were super patient, and helped out the best they could. Id recommend that the truck comes equipped with tools for dismantling furniture, though.
Hi guys, thanks for accommodating our late changes. The service on the day was very good. I was a little bit disappointed a service we had booked for a move on one day (booked months ago) was initially planned to be picked up at 2pm in the afternoon and dropped off the next day. Most people would arrange to have the day off work and expect their delivery to be on the same day. I'm 100% sure I booked it for the Thursday. In future if you could include the expected pick up and drop off times in the booking process and quote it would have made the communication more seamless. Had I not been proactive contacting Conroys, we would have been frustrated finding out on the day our stuff was only going to be delivered the next day. Thanks to Cameron and Dave for the efficient and professional service on the day. Thanks to Kirsty and Doug for staying in contact and for arranging those late changes.

Conroys were excellent in their response and attitude from start to finish. Every email was responded to quickly and all staff I had contact with were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful.The packers were amazing and did a brilliant job as were the guys who loaded up the container the next day. I also found Conroys prices to be the most cost effective of all the companys I requested quotes from. They were also absolutely on time each day and there was no waiting around. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting a removal company.
The number of packers for a large house was too few and the process took two days. The same for truck unload which became very rough and ready at the end of the day when everything was dumped in garage and breakages occurred.
Your entire packing and moving team was awesome
