Great Service, this was the 3rd time I used the company. The Auckland men were very good & with my fit son to help, the uplift & truck pack, was quick.The Office advised me the truck would be at my home 10 -1030. I was just out of bed when they arrived at 7 30 am. I should have been advised the day before or the morning of the move, that they would be early. The truck went to Napier & I was told it would be at my new residence on the Wednesday 12-1230. My daughter & friends had taken their day off work so as to be there when the truck arrived. Due to Covid I was not present. The truck arrived at 3 30pm which was 3 hours later than what I was told. quite an inconvenience for those people who had taken their day off.A few ays after the truck was unloaded, we went to get the step stool which obviously had been put on the truck in Auckland. It was not at my home, & was not to be found after everything was unpacked.I had a copy of all items, this was on the list but it was not at my new house. I have made contact with Kyle & Steve in the Napuer office & even sent them a photo of this stool, along with the shop it can be purchased from. I have followed this up several times but still i havent been sent a replacement. I am disappointed as I need it . Please can you arrange for a replacement exactly as the missing stool. I took out the recomended Insurance to cover my property. NO NEED TO PUBLISH THIS LETTER just replace the stool thank you.

There were a few communication issues at Conroy Removals leading to some confusion. Emails sent were not read or actioned by Conroys meaning that we were inconvenienced. This related to a specific request to uplift certain boxes before the main delivery. Despite receiving confirmation that the boxes would be available for pick up, on arrival at the AUCKLAND Depot, no-one seemed to know what was going on and no boxes had been sorted.

All staff involved from pick up point to delivery were very obliging and helpful. Arranged times were bang on and we were kept informed on delivery time and date as this was able to be brought forward which worked well for our circumstances.

We had an excellent hard working team on our job for 2 days - they did an amazing job, we were very impressed.

Our household is now located in your storage facility awaiting further delivery instrustions therefore we look forward to a great team on the next leg!

Before my things were collected I tried to get in contact with the lady organising it for.me. I called three times and was hung up on. Very unprofessional. 

When I filled in my form I selected it to be collected oma. Saturday since I was flying on the Sunday. The lady on the phone assured me that they would collect in Saturday. They never showed up on Saturday which meant I had to waste my whole day and waiting. A call to say they wouldn't make it would have been helpful. 

Trying to get into contact was a nightmare. I needed to give my building manager 24 hours notice and told the company this but it was ignored. They turned up when I wasn't home and I had to rush back - no communication of when they would arrive. 

I moved a mirror which I bubble wrapped and they stacked things ontop of it breaking it. 

The man who delivered my items was helpful and apologetic.
