I have emailed and phoned regarding a large dent pit in my 65inch tv which I have had to replace. It seems conroys are all care and no responsibility!!

I have contacted your company several times about my missing headboard bed panels that were left in your truck,and also waiting to hear if I would be reimbursed for the damage done to my washing machine in transit.still waiting for a reply from someone.not happy.

Everything was great.  I choose to not have the boxes unpacked on delivery as I am wanting to renovate the property.  Have unpacked a few necessary boxes and so far all good.  Unfortunately at the up lifting and packing end at Punakaiki it was wet and the truck wasn't able to get onto the property so the guys had to carry evertything out to the gate.  This meant they were a bit short on time as the driver had to be off the road by at certain time.  Otherwise can't fault the job that was done.  

Cuz and his team mate (sorry I didn't catch his name) were amazing to deal with. Great communication and very efficent. They made the process so stressfree and easy. I will definatly be using you moving forward and requested Cuz again. Just brilliant!

This is the third time we have used Conroys so you must e doing it right.  For the most part everything went smoothly except for some random packing - had to get through a bit of stuff in some boxes to find what was written on the box.  John was a bit annyoyed at the garage sheling which was basically just dropped on the garage floor and was left in a heap in pieces.  We hae been overwhelmed by mountains of packing paper and flattened cartons which thankfully Brendan came and picked up yesterday.  Still more to go.
