From start to finish, Conroy's provided excellent customer service. Special mention goes to the moving team, John, Tim and Glen. John's 26 years of experience packing and moving furniture around the world was instrumental in getting every last inch out of space in the moving truck and subsequently the storage unit. We will be using this team again. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Conroy. From the guy who did the packing in Melbourne to the delivery guys in Auckland everyone I had contact with was professional and took care of my belongings. The emails at every stage of the shipping process were really helpful and helped us plan ahead. At both ends of the pickup and delivery process the staff came at the given time and made the process easy. Very happy with their service
The removal went smoothly.Staff were friendly and considerate and had experience with good recommendations for packing personal items.I had no concerns for my property during this time.

There were no updates once the container landed in Christchurch, after a phone call to follow up, we were advised that our goods had moved to Nelson. The Nelson guys were fantastic with customer service and the delivery guys were really great to deal with.
The guys who moved everything in were late by an hour and under pressure to get to another job. There were a few large scratches and marks on doors, rails, walls and items. One small side table had a broken lip, one picture had smashed glass, one stool had extensive scuff marks, 2 holes were put into the new lino at the pick up address. Otherwise the packing had been really well done.
The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and one of the guys moving stuff in informed me about the pick up of boxes and paper anytime in the next year, which was great.
They just seemed under pressure due to a scheduling mix up.
The sales and office people were professional, helpful and efficient. The quoting and pre planning system is good.
