Awesome understanding with experiencing Lock down etc. Very friendly team from start to finish.
Great guys, prompt and very professional.
The pickup was 3 hours early, then i was told to get my "shit together" and disassemble my bed, Delivery, the 2 men that came were lovely & polite, helpful even though it was bucketing with rain.
The main disapointment was that everything, (literally everything) arrived damaged and then the claim form online is not user friendly, you cannot upload photos bigger than 1mb, which is stone age camera size.
Would i recomend based on the customer service team - Yes, on the actual service - No

Conroys managed my relocation to Tasmania from New Zealand during a difficult period with COVID19 restrictions. They did a great job, were very responsive and diliegnt in their approach. Would happily recommend Conroys for an overseas move.

some spare parts were wraped into waste package when unpacking my furnitures. Picking up trashes of packages is not the same day with delivery.
Have used Conroys twice before and find them very easy and efficient to deal with. Generally the movers are very friendly and very accommodating. We were a little concerned this move about the age of our movers and whether they would be strong enough to lift a couple of our heavier items. The job did get done so all good.
The boys were amazing they were on time they were quick and very meticulous....Thanks
Rick and his co-worker was quite good in Greymouth although Rick didn't instill great confidence when he told us he had crashed on his previous trip over. On arrival in Dunedin two of the items were damaged (Piano and my mothers dressing table). My daughters boyfriend found Ricks manner a bit unusual and it was hard to know if he was joking or serious, actually he was like that in Greymouth as well. It may just be him but for effective communication I would suggest he concentrate on the job in hand.
Can you please send me the process to follow to claim on insurance.
The delivery team was great, pick team ditto - well-done everyone - nice easy hassle free
only comment was property was left a state inside and your team got a truck stuck in the drive way causing damgae
