Amazing communications throughout the process, a particular thank you to Katerina for her patience and understanding at the early stages of the process.

There was some small 'collateral damage' upon delivery but nothing major or that couldn't be expected from a move to the other side of the island.

The service was provided at a cheaper rate than with other similar providers I had received a quote from, but still to a high standard and I'm very pleased I chose Conroy for my move. It saved me a lot of time and stress. :)

The packer (Salone) and guys who packed the truck in Lower Hutt were excellent. Great communication and quick service. However everything after that was very disappointing. When I booked I was told that the delivery day would be Monday, which I was happy with as we were moving on saturday, leaving only one day between without our posessions. On Monday I recieved no confirmation as to when the truck would arrive. I finally got a call from the Auckland office. I was told that the truck had not left Wellington, it would arrive on Tuesday and would come to my house on Wednesday. That was not what I had paid for and with a 1 year old daughter it was difficult with no kitchenware. I checked my invoice and the delivery date had been changed to Tueday without my knowledge - again poor communication. I got hold of the Wellington office and was told they would "arrange something". Seeing I had booked and paid for a Monday delivery that was the least they could do! Tuesday came around and I again recieved no communicaton as to when the truck would arrive and had to call the Auckland office. I was told to expect delivery between 3 and 4 pm. 4pm came and no sign of a truck or a phone call to say they were running late. I had to again call the auckland office to follow up and there was no answer. Finally at 430pm the truck arrived, they parked on the grass verge and got stuck and ended up tearing up the grass in front of our house and the neighbours homes. I was assured that someone would come to fix this, but unsurprisingly no one has. Overall I have been disappointed by the poor communication, or complete lack of communication. It has not been a very professional service and I would no use Conroys again if I need to move it the future.

THe two guys were empathetic and very helpful considering we were moving a nervous 80 year old. They turned up on time, worked carefully ad quickly and the whole process was very simple. Thank you very much
