Hi Daniel. This is Fleur Gibbons from 8 Beaconview Rise. I am letting you know that for the 3rd weekend in a row the boxes haven’t been picked up. We received a call on Friday advising someone would be here between 9.30-10.30. Once again - we waited and waited but no show. We are very disappointed in the service (or lack there of) we have been provided by Conroy.  The inconvenience of having 1/3 of our garage taken up by your boxes is frustrating. We have kept them inside -dry and clean as requested. We are (trying) to under take renovations in our garage but have had to put plans on hold be cause of the boxes. I have made numerous calls to the operations team asking for confirmation of times and left numerous messages but no-one has returned my calls. I find this very bad PR - just a return phone call to advise that pick up isn’t available would be acceptable-but no return phone call frustrating. I will be leaving a negative google review - something I have wanted to avoid. I have given your company the benefit of the doubt, on many occasions, however yesterday - being let down for the 3 time in a row beyond acceptable or understandable. Regards Fleur Gibbons.

Great comms before the move (follow-up to enquiry/de;delivery arrangements etc); really simple and fast whatsapp site assessment ; Loni (?) was a rock star. 

Your guys were friendly and so so helpful. We even had to ask them to take one of our beds apart as we could not do it ourselves. We can only say how grateful we were for that as moving is such a stressful time anyway. They were all great guys and we appreciated the time and care they took in removing all our items. Thank you so much. We look forward to you moving us again once we have found somewhere to live!!!  As from 19th December we are renting a partly furnished house in the Wairarapa until we have a new abode. Lets hope we can afford to buy one!  I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and look forward to contacting you again in 2021. Best wishes from us.

I could not fault Leon's team. Polite, willing and worked non stop. Thank you. I was more than impressed.

The movers were very professional and friendly. Items arrived in generally good state. Reasonable pricing. However, I never got a time confirmation until I rang Conroy on the day of the move, and I also called on the previous day but the office staff didn't bother to find it out for us and instead connected us to the dispatch team who then didn't pick up their phone. Also the staff who gave us a quote didn't seem very professional. We asked at what price and unit size the quote was based on, and she couldn't explain.I would consider using this service again but Conroy should train their office staff better.
