Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersthe driver was pleasant but you only sent him to move heavy furniture. As a consequence we had to arrange another carrier to supply a man to help. The driver had originally asked us to be the second helper but we are elderly.

the delivery to nelson itself was swift and uneventful
Your customer service follow up is shocking - a number of times I requested that follow up be made with the person being moved prior to moving to arrange times etc - it didn't happen. We also asked them to ring prior to delivery in Tauranga as there was nobody living at the delivery address again this didn't happen. The first we knew was when the driver rang from the delivery address. We had them deliver to my place after this as nobody was available to receive at the other property. Now means we will have to arrange another company to move it from here in due course. When I spoke to the driver about the lack of contact he told me that everyone is very busy - mmmm interesting comment.
I wrote to your office re this and zero response - so no I will never use or recommend Conroy's again
Totally loved the attitude of the staff and movers who did everything well. From assessment through to the actual move, all went great. Thank you for making my move so much more smoother and less stressful.

The guys were efficient and thoughtful.
The men were very prompt, cheerful and got everything on the truck with minium fuss. They were great, nothing was a problem and we enjoyed their company for the short time they were here.
