Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI know this was a busy time of year for my moving, but I would have liked more communication about the time the truck was picking up from my storage unit.i only got 30 minutes notice about pick up and it took me much longer to get there. Also I had no phone call about the delivery the truck just turned up with 1man and he had to phone to get someone to help him which took a long time to get there. I was helping unload the smaller boxes with Nesi who by the way is a pleasant, courteous young man.
Excellent services from both the Australian and NZ branches
The lads did a very good job - packing was done well and moving done as quickly as possible.
One lamp base got broken - it was inside a box but would have benefited from a little more packing.
Another minor thing - someone walked some clay from the path into the house so there were about 50 marks on the carpet and wood floors. Fortunately the marks cleaned off easily with a cloth as the carpet is only 2 weeks old.
Not a problem and these things happen when moving a whole house of stuff.
Overall I'm very happy with your service and would use you again.
Both teams, the ones who collected the furniture in Auckland and the ones who delivered it in Tauranga were all friendly, efficient and worked hard considering they were both extremely hot days.
They were polite; they introduced themselves and retreated my belongings with respect.
The customer service communication was excellent.
We find the company great to deal with, the workers took too long to load the truck, it was the longest time for the same amount of stuff we have always had, We have moved a full houseload with conroys before and previously the worker were far more efficient and seemed to know more what they were doing. A couple of them look out of there depth, and it was disappointing from our point of view.
The staff were very nice guys and friendly, and one was excellent respectful helpful really a credit to conroys, Dometric? he was on pickup and delivery,

Friendly team, worked fast and carefully, and were keen to help in any way. Had it all done quicker than expected and made the whole move way less stressful. Cheers.

Thank you Conroy Removals. Our removal guys were fantastic. It was amazing how they manouevered their truck into our driveway on a very busy city road. Their customer service was great considering it was a really hot day. We're so glad we decided to go with Conroy Removals.
Hi there, the service and contact was easy and lovely. The pick-up in Auckland on the 30Dec went really well and the 2x men that did the move were lovely and professional. The only hiccup was that I wasn't aware on the drop-off date in Wellington so the items were delivered to the Natioanal Storage Lower Hutt while I was away in Taupo. If I was informed the date of delivery via email I apologise, but I can't seem to find any notification saying the date of drop-off from your Operations Team. I just received a phone call from the Storage facility while in the bush saying my things were left there. No calls from Conroy. I would have made arrangements to leave my locker key at reception or be there in person to make sure move was smooth. I now have to somehow find some local labours to pay to help me move my things from the entrance and into my locker as I can't do it myself (single person in a new City I don't know anyone to help me). The only comms I had about the delivery was that it would be 3-7 days and I'd be contacted by Operations. DATE/S30/12/20 UpliftDelivery approximately 3 - 7 working days from uplift, to be advised by OperationsOur Operations team will contact you closer to uplift to liaise the details/timing.
We have just been advised today by our guy in Santander that our goods are arrived and stored. Photos sent to us. Was great to see everything was wrapped in Conroy packing. Excellent job guys. Whether anything is broken or not, it doesn't matter as that is down to our packing. You have done a splendid job and when we bring our goods back to NZ in a few years time with lots of extra things as well, we will be contacting Global and yourselves. :-) Great job. Totaly seamless.
My furniture was delivered and then the guys left telling me someone else would unpack it. No one came back until I rang Conroys to find out what was happening later in the afternoon. Three guys did come and unpack but only had a van and didn't take all the rubbish. Did not put legs on furniture, but at least put up the beds.
The remaining furniture did not get delivered until I actually drove out to Conroys to find out what was happening. Finally delivered and not unpacked. Told me rubbish would be removed but was not. The guys who did the work were very pleasant.
I was really disappointed in Conroys, lots of breakages and poor service. I was keen to support a NZ company however would not use again. The guys in the Gold Coast were fabulous but the service was not up to standard in Auckland.
