Communication was great
Communication was great from day of booking to the end of the move. Lovely bunch of guys on the day, who got the move done promptly and were careful with our belongings. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with the teams that were provided. Packing was done poorly and a lot of our furniture got damaged. We used Conroy for our move from Queenstown to Christchurch 2 months earlier and we were very pleased with the service, but this time it was bad. Packers spent more time outside the house smoking rather than getting on with the job.

The service was outstanding. From my first enquiry to completion. Responses were quick and helpful and the removal process went all as planned.

The removal/delivery team were amazing. They were professional, friendly and respectful. The communication via email was fast and easy. The only down side was that not everything was able to fit in the container provided and will now need to do another trip to bring gear down. NOTE: This was not the packers fault as they packed the container to its fullest.
