The whole experience was great thought it would be stressful but nothing was too much trouble ..Truvan Maligi and his team were great helpful and cheerful ....thanks Conroys

Great service. Only issue was drop off timing - we had been notified it would be between 9-9.30am however when my mum rang in the morning to confirm she was told it was changed to 11-11.30 and they would give 30mins notice. But by 11 she has not heard anything and had to call. I appreciate delivery time can vary but this is hard for family who are taking time out of their work day to meet the truck on behalf of us. Otherwise, great thanks.
The move was quick , easy and all on time. Those who helped us unpack were professional, friendly and respective toward our personal goods. Would definitely recommend.
All good except lack of communication around delivery. I contacted the Tauranga dispatch the day prior to delivery as I had not heard from my one. Was told delivery would be at 10am. Nothing arrived. Took several attempts to contact someone. Eventually got told truck had gone to mother delivery first no it finally arrived about 12:30pm. The driver told me he had not received any instruction to come to me first at 10am. Waiting around and then not being able to bet hold of anyone for the best part of 2hrs was not good.
Actual move was great, the packers / movers were efficient, friendly & super helpful. Comms with the office prior to the move was quite difficult.
There were multiple communication issues. Doors picked up without confirmation or being paid for prior. I felt let down because we were going to use another company due to the communication problems. When I rang to tell the owner of the doors someone was collecting the next day I was told they were already picked up by someone disorganised. That person was a Conroys employee.
Multiple emails with my address & name being wrong. No replies at all to some of my emails. Emailed 3 days running to have my doors released on a Monday. No confirmation until it was too late to release them on the Monday. They were delivered Tuesday after I made a phone call on Monday to find out what was going on. I won't be using Conroys again because of these problems.
