Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI gave my daughters number for delivery when booking, but the Wellington delivery coordination team rang me to arrange delivery. I then gave them my daughters number for drop off, but when arriving at the delivery location the drop off driver rang me, so I had to call my daughter to get her to meet them for delivery.
The above is nothing major andi I think Conroys are awesome!!

Over all efficient, friendly and quick. Very helpful. Just a little more care needed with glass, had quite a few scratches, chips and a lamp stand broken.
Exceptional service, overall. The packers and deliverers were all pleasant and efficient. Everything packed well and safely. Shipment arrived and delivery carried out much earlier than expected, especially due to recent delays due to COVID-19. Highly recommended.
I have no choice to use you as you have my stuff in storage but I wouldn't again. Part of our delivery instructions were for the bed to be reassembled and the crew said no they can't (no tools - but the bed doesn't need tools just connecting the ends and slats) and when I pointed out it was on the cover note which they had they said "that's just head office nothing to do with us".

The north island team where good at communicating and on time. They didn't have the right tool to dismantle our piano but the got one and got on with it. The South Island team weren't so good. They also didn't have the right size Alan key and in the end I had to get a Nieghbour with his set. I also had to get a neighbour to help lift the piano. They also didn't unwrap some of the items delivered. My container was opened and my ride on lawnmower was removed and I'm now waiting for it as a separate delivery. 1 large garden sculpture was broken and we only had about 20 or so largish items delivered.Felt quite amateur on the South Island side.
