It was easy from start to finish I organised my items to be picked up in Australia and to be bought back to New Zealand from New Zealand. Conroy Removals picked up on time, kept me informed during the entire process and the delivery was the same. Many thanks I really appreciated your professional and friendly service. Mary-Ann.

You guys were excellent, both in Chch & Wgtn. I totally rate your service and will be recommending you to anyone in need. I'm very thankful for such great service.
The only thing I wasn't happy with was the pack of 50 boxes I bought , although recycled , some where chip boxes which weren't strong enough and some were packed meat boxes which had a meat smell and unable to be used. consequently when we were at the end of packing and could see me needed more we had to go to mitre 10 and purchase some of their boxes. I mentions and showed the packer men when they were packing the truck .
Conroys kept in touch with us all times from the beginning of the move until the finish of the job - telling us of any delays they may anticipate, and when exactly to expect them to arrive. The three men who were on the truck were fantastic. They were happy, polite and moved with incredible speed so the move itself was much cheaper than we had expected and all done without any damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Conroys in Nelson and will certainly be using them again should I need to.

The guys who are doing the job, are very good. Only a few items were slightly damaged. The communication between your rep, the offices in Napier and Auckland, the driver of the truck is non existent. The truck would come in Napier at 8.00am. The driver phoned the day before "I am coming at 10.00am". Eventually he arrived at 9.00am.
The goods would be off loaded in Auckland at 1.00pm. The driver phoned " I will be in Auckland at 10.00am" I said "Sorry, we can't be there, we are staying overnight in Taupo"
We settled at 12.00. Later, we made good progress and I phoned the driver, "you can come at 11.00am."
We had 11 mainly small items in storage, for a room that was not finished, We phoned the office in Nappier and after a bit of talking, yes we deliver on Friday23 Oct. We had two emails confirming this date. One from Napier, one from Auckland. On Friday morning my wife phoned Auckland office"What time are you coming?" Nobody knew anything about it. Eventually, the goods were delivered the next Tuesday.
In this IT age, this should not happen.
