Conroy nade my shift easy and pain free from the first contact I had regarding a quote to shift. Their price was reasonable but what made me choose them over other Companies was their prompt and excellent customer service. The person in the Perth office office was OUTSTANDING and should be given some sort of recognition.... From their name I have no idea if they are female or male but they totally understood the stressam and emotion I was going through and helped ne so much. Vela (i think thats the nane) is an asset to your Company.

Great service- very helpful packers and movers who took a lot of care.
Only one problem- i was told that the movers would put in all the whiteware, so let them get on with it. Didnt realise until the next day that they had plugged in the freezer but not switched it on, so lost a lot of food that had defrosted overnight. So
The team from start to finish were really professional. Tangi and Lionel who both picked up our furniture and delivered to our new address went beyond the call - they work tirelessly and deserve a special mention for the care and energy they put in to our move. Please give them a reward for their hard work and dedication - they are a credit to the Conroys team.
To begin with I found it very challenging getting responses and updates from our assigned claim manager. Once we raised these concerns elsewhere in the business, things improved and we were able to work with someone who was prompt and accurate in their dealings with us. We found Conroys overall to be really afforable compared when other providers and they don't double handle all your furniture. One primary recommendation is to change the white stickers on every item used to identify them. They don't come off easily and we spent much of the weekend scrubbing off the white marks with soap and water!
Found you all polite and friendly. Very helpful coming on time with no problems. Great team
Still several boxes to unpack, but so far, so good. Mike and Gracie were excellent. My only grumble is the timing if delivery. First I was told to expect delivery at 10am. At 10.45 I rang to check on progress, and was told it was delayed to midday. Finally delivery started about 2pm. Delays can happen, but I was not kept informed. There was an issue about the size of the trailer and access to my new address, but I should have been told what was happening and when
Arranging things was easy and the staff very helpful. The pick up was great - the time arrangement was spot on. The delivery ended up by being great however I was told at one stage that it couldn't be delivered at the time I had arranged. In the end it was delivered on time. This did cause a little unneeded stress though.
