Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersFantastic mover came all smiles and nothing was any trouble..we felt what our friends told us was true ,they were very good and on arrival they have the same awesome attitude, while we felt tired out .
The 3 movers worked really hard the entire time, which was great to see as we were paying by the hour. They were friendly and polite and took good care of our possessions and put things where we wanted them to.
The only issue was that we booked online but didn't hear from anyone the day before we moved and I had to call in the afternoon to confirm. Having said this, it was not a not a big deal as the movers were great.
Was not happy with my removal as my belongings came back to me damaged
Cam and Jedi were great. Nice to talk to, worked efficiently and all went well with the truck. 5 stars, if I wasn't still waiting for my car to be delivered through auto logistics. Shouldve been here on Friday.this has delayed any work I had to do after the move. Very happy with Conroy. Not so much with the other car transportation company
I have had fabulous service from Nathan who gave the initial quote, fell down a little when it went to the office as they never returned an email but then I was lucky enough to get Craig who did the actual move and he was amazing, took all the stress away and really did make it a pleasure. Can't recommend him enough and my next move will be requesting him personally :)
Susan was very good with replying to my questions.
The system showing where the shipment was/expected dates was useful, but we didn't know it had been delayed as it hadn't been updated. Our shipment took a lot longer to get to us than we expected so that was disappointing.
The men who unpacked the truck were helpful and well mannered. They unpacked some of the big things, but didn't touch some bigger things which we would have appreciated having help with. We have a garage full of cardboard boxes, which we will ask Conroy to pick up soon.
Slightly annoyed at a couple of items that were broken (perhaps the way they were being carried, I'm not too sure) - eg shelf unit with drawer and the rail broke off/drawer fell out. BBQ wheels also bent. The guys were friendly and the move went fairly quick. The guys were quite annoyed at how 'big' the job was and that there was only 2 of them. I said I had filled out the online form and they said that the office team should have recommend a 3 person move for our house size (but that didn't happen).

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, I was very disapointed in the removal service, firstly my dealings with the office and the Rep were fantastic you all couldnt have been better.
First problem was the truck didnot have the capacity to fit every thing for the move even though i had taken several fragile cartons down in my ute before the move date , leaving behind 7 boxes of wine 1 small outdor set and 6 out door chairs, which had to go down the next day in the truck i took down for my garage contents, this then had a spill over with me having to do an extra rental trailer trip to conclude the move.
Second, the handling of furniture and cartons i wound up with a coffee table with some fine cracks in the legs and a 3 inch rub on the front of arose wood cabinet. also several broken glasses caused bt fragile boxes which were clearly marked placed at the bottom fo carton stacks one instance below cartons of books.
There was an elder man who new his suff but seemed a little blasaie and a young man who didnt realy know what he was doing ,the were both very pleasent people.
i personaly have done quite a few long haul house hold removals with my brother in law last one 5 years ago using some of the biggest removal trucks i could hire in the north island with very little problems so i have a lot of practical experiance.
