The moving team and truck were prompt and fast. The two men were friendly, efficient and careful.
I'd be happy to use them again.
One minor quibble - while wheeling a couple of heavy boxes over the door sill on a trolley, the seal on the sill was pulled away and chipped. Maybe put some rubber mats over the sills?

Was a little disappointed that only two men turned up to upload in Wellington, was expecting three from past experience. But all worked good and strong both in Wellington and Napier.
The guys packing were excellent and packed our items in the truck perfectly The unpacking crew the next day did a great job and put items where required. Their professionalism took a lot of the stress out of moving on the day.
Great to deal with , delivery driver was very professional, just a shame a couple of items were smashed .
Efficient, reliable and helpful at both ends of the relocation. Took the stress out of the move and gave me confidence that my treasured household items would be taken care of.
Your guys that packed us up in Wellington were great and the guys that unpacked us in Christchurch were just as great. Office staff I dealt with were professional.
The boys were fast and very efficient, showed a lot of pride in their work and protecting our belongings, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone
Wonderful service, quick, easy efficient booking with absolutely no worries and everyone is willing to assist. Communication for pick up was the night before and they were great, even though they said they may be a little late they were perfectly on time and again moved through the process very efficiently and took good care of the cargo to go. Drop off again was the night before and again they were great quick, careful, polite and efficient. Packing was done by us , however they ensured that goods were wrapped in blankets and carefully placed which was great to see. Would definitely have no hesitation in referring Conroy's they were great and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Not happy about the rough handling if furniture items on the Whangarei pickup. The Whakatane/Tauranga team were brilliant however!
Unhappy too that after starting on the bedrooms and loading those items into the truck the senior member of the team then proceeded to sit in the truck and smoke. (We have allergies in the family and the matresses still smell like smoke).
Damage includes:
- Bunk bed frames - surfaces have been scratched/dented/marked. These were in brand new condition.
- Bike - chain not feeding through any more and will need repair
- Some dining chairs also marked (these too were in brand new condition)
The removal people at Conroys were extremely helpful and made the shift less of a hassle .They took very good care of all our household items and we would use them again .Thankyou to ourbexcell
