Only issue was I was expecting the beds would be put back together as I was informed - they were not. Other than that, good service.

Quick to get back to me after my initial inquiry and the move was hassle free and at a good price.
Pick-up and delivery professionals were individually very good (careful, curteous and there was very limited damage).
Similarly, interacting with your back-office has been positive on the whole.
However:
1) Pick-up was much delayed (arriving many hours after promise) and somewhat chaotic. Associated communications were terrible and did not inspire confidence. There was also no acknowledgement of any service failure.
2) Notwithstanding what was contracted for as well as repeated and very clear instructions to both your offices and the removal team, our shipment did not go into long-term storage in Wellington as had been agreed. Instead, Conroys attempted to deliver to the designated address at the other end of the country 1-2 days after pick-up - some nine months early.
3) Actual final delivery occured one day earlier than scheduled, without prior agreement or notification. We were not at home when your deliver team called our number. The individuals delivering the items did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. However, such logistical confusion and the lack of communication are both hard to understand.
To note, for the above repeat business and likely referral questions, it would be useful for both you and your customers to have an "unsure" option.
Hi there, overall we were really happy with the service of conroys, in particular, the delivery team based here in Hawkes Bay. They were very shocked, embarrassed and apologetic in regards to how the truck had been loaded by the Wellington based team. It was terrible. Things hadn't been secured, breakables were thrown up the top unwrapped (and subsequently broken), things missing as they were not placed together, and overall lazy loading into the truck. Everyone was lovely to deal with so great customer service. Just the poor loading into the truck let down the experience.

Excellent service from John Rowden in Australia. My partner Sunny has been in contact with him and everything has been smooth from the get go. We were kept informed about every step of shipping from departure until arrival and we also managed to changed the address and the support was excellent from New zealand team as well.
We are looking at doing business again whenever possible and will recommend your company anytime to our friends and family.
