From the first phone call to the delivery of our possesions, it went smooth. Great customer service, great price. The loading was done with a smile and the unloading was done with heaps of smiles, there were a lot of staff helping this part as we had been waiting for a while for the delivery. No damage , overall, just a happy experience.
I found all the staff very obliging and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with.
No communication with office when truck didn't turn up on time. In effect it was 1.5 hrs late and I had to cancel appointments and rush to my last appointment. Very stressful and very disappointing.
The two guys Dan and new recruit were fantastic obliging friendly very helpful and did job so efficiently we were thrilled with them big outstanding to them your organisation and admin great organ8sation

The team were great to work with and made the shift less stressful. The movers on the day were helpful, polite and worked really hard in the hot conditions. They took great care with our possessions and did a great professional job. We can't sing their praises high enough and are happy to recommedt Conroy Removals.
Used Conroys after our initial choice fell through 3 weeks from moving. Quote was done 23 December and had contact right up to end of business christmas eve. 5 Star Service from pickup guys (Darryn, Keanu and Sam). Helped with a couple of things that were way beyond their remit!! Thanks guys. Good sorts and very friendly. Drop off was good. One of the delivery guys did ignore my big red "FRAGILE" signs on boxes and stacked boxes marked "HEAVY" on top of them. That said, only one item was broken among the 60-70 boxes and it was probably the fault of my packing as much as anything. Couple of scratches on furniture at drop off, due to trolley not having any 'padding' to it.
Scheduling was excellent, they even droped off 3 days early (at short notice) when we got an early settlement. Since we were moving to the West Coast, off the beaten track, I was very impressed. Would definitely use again. Thanks to all concerned
