Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersYou lost a near new step ladder, legs for a coffee table, bed side lamp, excercise rolling tube and in moving broke a rack for wire baskets. We have phoned on numerous occasions to sort this out and had polite promises but nothing has been resolved or fedback to us.
The team were punctual, professional and had a great sense of humour.
Very excellent services, really takes care of the items.
A suggestion to ensure the team has the tools to undo beds, etc - we did not have our tools here, but borrowed from our neighbour

We've moved house many times but this was the best move by far. The removal company that put our gear in storage turned out to be hopeless. That experience left us wondering if everything would work for our move across the Cook Strait.
Nothing went wrong. Everything fitted neatly into the truck with skilled tetris experience. Everything arrived as prescribed. Nothing broken.
Very happy however I had 1 broken mirror 2 broken tall boy handles.
One of my leather dining room chairs are dented badly also.
I feel for improving the packing side to be easier for the customer to unpack the details on the boxes need to be clearer. Having 14 boxes with kitchen is unreasonable at least put plates forks cups obvious necessity at the other end for use. I had to open all the boxes and found all of them with my kitchen on the bottom and random on the top. Not easy.
I have moved 14 times in my life and packed my own boxes. Should have packed them myself.
Do I get compensation for the breakages?

Our goods were picked up in Auckland on the 3rd of November for specified delivery to the Coromandel on the 5th of November. The pick up guys were good. On the 5th of November, we waited at our house and our goods did not arrive, nor did we hear from anyone at Conroys. On the 6th of November a message was left on my phone in the morning from the Conroy's driver saying he had been unable to deliver the day before but he had stayed overnight in Whitianga and would be delivering our goods to Hahei promptly that day. We waited at the house all day, no delivery ! , called and left messages , got no response. Called his number on Saturday again, no phone back. Tried calling Conroys main office - closed!
Where are our belongings? Why has the driver not returned our calls ? Why have Conroys not checked that our goods did not arrive? This is both an increasing worry now as well an inconvenience
