Poor communiction prior to pick up. And Poor communication prior to delivery... I left telephone messages over 3 separate days. But did eventually receive an apology.
However, your staff are very friendly and helful and the goods were shipped safely.
I would have given a 5 however communication was a let down.
I as the client had to make phone calls to get updates as email responses were very poor.
Communication definitely needs to be Improved !!!
Awesome service from start to finish, maybe just put extra padding around things like handles on furniture. Sadly one of my handles were broken on my vintage fifties sideboard. Trtying to find the one I needed was hard enough, now I’ve got to try and find 2. Apart from that, people as helpful amd friendly as possible and things happened quickly and efficiently.

Customer service was outstanding providing me with a better solution to my move requirements.
The guys that came out were very professional and a pleasure to deal with, they even connected up my washing machine and fridge at the new house!.

My belongings arrived in NZ on 25-Sep-2020 and I didn't receive it until 10-Nov-2020 - this was unacceptable.
The cartons were all in pretty good condition and no items were lost but the delay between arrival in NZ and delivery to my door was unacceptable. There was a dispute between Port - Rail and Conroys which meant the customer was in between and I was required to pay more money in order to have my belongings released and delivered - which again was unacceptable. Your company will have insurance to cover this type of delay and to pass this cost (even a portion) is not good business as we (the customer) were not at fault or involved in this. i believe a refund should be given to the customers.
The communication from the time of arrival was always instigated by me - which again was unacceptable.
I would recommend the agent in China. Their packaging of the goods was excellent. The preparation of the cartons to withstand shipping and delivery was excellent.
As far as using your service again I would use and recommend the China agent but I'm not sure I would choose Conroys as my first option if there were others to select from sorry.
My husband Brian and myself would definately reccomend Conroys to pack store and transport furnature. We were so Blessed to have 2 welk experienced men Api and Paul arrive and pack our household furnature and load it i to a container to be out in storage until our new home us built in Matamara. These two nen were so well mannered and caring and went iver and beyond to do a great job thank you Api and Paul. I cant fi d anything you would need to improve on at this point
We had a no show on one packer but the lady who did turn up was super efficient and was helped by another packer later on. The removal guys were very good. As every thing has now gone to storage it remains to be seen if we have had any breakages etc. That will show next year.
