Mark at HQ was flexible and found a gap in the calendar at a busy time of year to schedule delivery, for which I'm very grateful.
One thought - had the short-term storage costs been more comparable with other firms we might have opted to continue to store with Conroy.

We had damaged goods on arrival in Raglan this is understandable with the journey and movement the truck would of had over the 5 day period our goods were held before arrival date in raglan. Our property should have been physically visited in Raglan not just a Google search as the truck used wasn't able to back up our driveway due to Telecom cables, if a smaller transporter was used as the driver had mentioned it would not of taken over 6 hours to unlaod.
Otherwise thanks heaps for the move. Gordon our pick up driver and Phil with drop off were top blokes and there staff working with them awesome value and great to deal with.

The moving team were excellent to work with.
TThere seemed to be some confusion with the dates we wanted and they changed from what was requested with no communication. I only found out the dates weren't as requested when I called the office.
The team were friendly and careful with our belongings . They also did a great job of navigating our tricky driveway.
Very efficient and think they did a great job.
full on day, the guys went beyond expectations an dgot us in and settled without any dramas. Excellent result as always with Conroys.
We found your website user friendly. Initial contact, obtaining a quote and arranging a pickup all went well. Unfortunately packup and delivery did not go so well. We paid for professional packing and expected that all the furniture would be wrapped. Four out of the 8 pieces arrived blanket wrapped. We are also disappointed at the amount of damage. Three pieces of furniture were damaged. Two glasses, a jug and a vase arrived with chips. We have settled a claim with you to be able to repair the furniture. This was a move to shift family estate items so we have had to settle on replacement values which are less than the cost for us to repair the items.On our schedule of items the quantity of cartons is listed as 17 with 4 picture packs. Our items arrived in 6 cartons and 1 picture pack. While we appreciate that the number of final cartons might differ we feel overcharged if the quote was based on volume moved.The driver also managed to wreck our letterbox and damage our fence trying to back the truck into our driveway. Another cost we have had to wear. I don't know in which part of transit the damage to our items occurred and while it was impressive watching 2 large pieces of furniture or 3 boxes being loaded onto a trolley it was also a little disconcerting. All communication after the move has not been to the client name given, but to the named pickup contact who was not the client.Overall we are left feeling disappointed with the move. We hope you can use this feedback to improve your service.
